CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Because Jacob’s schedule stays very full, we now operate with a strict 48 hour cancellation & rescheduling policy for booking with him. Please be aware that inside that window you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your lesson and will forfeit the cost of that lesson should you not be able to attend. Thank you for understanding that we are not able to make exceptions to this policy. If you need to cancel inside of that 48 hour window we ask that you email us at coaching@howlvoicemethod.com so that we can update our schedule accordingly.

PAYMENT: Credit card details are collected at time of booking, and payment is automatically processed with those details on the week of your lesson.
