CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to high demand for lessons and the cost of scheduling space in Manhattan, we have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy on our in-person lessons, otherwise you forfeit the cost of your lesson. You are able to reschedule your lesson on your own through the original confirmation email. Again, PLEASE do this outside of that 72 hour window or you will not have the option to reschedule the session. If you need to cancel within the 72 hour window, we would still appreciate an email to coaching@howlvoicemthod.com as a curtesy! Thank you for your understanding.

REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds for lessons that have been paid for, but rescheduling is free of charge outside of a 72 hour window. You are responsible for rescheduling your sessions if needed.
